The price of Lighter, that little crypto dream, had a bit of a jump these past couple days. Folks got a little hopeful again, see? Like a dust bowl farmer hearing about rain.
Lighterâs been makinâ promises, followinâ through on a few, and now people are wonderinâ if this climb is gonna hold, or just collapse like a poorly built barn. Itâs always the way, ain’t it? Promises and dust.
The Lighter Folks Say Something
January the sixth, they started buyinâ back their own stuff. A little show, see? Put it out on the social media, link to the treasury wallet and all. Showinâ off a bit, like a fella polishinâ his old truck.
Had about 180,733 LIT in that account, worth a bit over half a thousand dollars. Not a kingâs ransom, no, but enough to get folks talkinâ. They promised this back when they first came around, so theyâre keepinâ their word… for now. Seems like a small thing, but small things matter when youâre tryin’ to build trust in a world built on nothinâ but air.

âWe got money cominâ in, see, and we’re gonna use it to grow and buy things back, dependinâ on how the windâs blowinâ,â the Lighter people said on December the thirtieth. âWeâre here for the long haul, tryinâ to make somethinâ worthwhile.â Sounded good, I guess. Everything sounds good before it disappoints you. đ€·ââïž
Can This Thing Keep Climbinâ?
They got numbers, these folks, showinâ money flowinâ in. The Chaikin Money Flow, fancy name for watchinâ whoâs buyinâ and whoâs sellinâ. Lately, more buyinâ, it seems. But numbers lie sometimes, just like people.
A few days back, the signs werenât so good. Price went up, but the money was headinâ the other way. Thatâs a bad sign, like a field of wheat bendinâ before the storm. It pulled back after that, showed it wasnât all that strong.
But the last couple days, things shifted. Money flowin’ in with the price. A good sign, if you believe in signs. Makes it more likely this ainât just a flash in the pan.
Pressureâs Buildinâ, But Not Too Much Yet
They got another measure, the Money Flow Index. Showinâ steady buyinâ, too. Good to see things agreeing, like a couple of old friends.
Price is goin’ up, and so is the index. People are actually buyin’, not just ridinâ the wave. Thatâs a little comfort, I reckon. It ainât overbought yet, so thereâs still room to run, maybe. đ€©
Still ain’t gone crazy, index under 80. Means there’s still room for it to rise without gettin’ overheated.
Where Might This Go?
Lighterâs price jumped nearly 18% in the last day, sittinâ around $3.11 right now. People are gettinâ hopeful again, thinkin’ it might be turninâ around. It’s tryin’ to break out of a slump, but itâs not there yet.
Broke above a line on the charts for a bit, but needs to stay there. $3.19, thatâs the number to watch. If it holds, thatâs a good sign. If it doesnât⊠well, donât hold your breath. đŹ
If folks start sellinâ again, it could fall back under $2.97. Then, itâs back to square one, just grindinâ and waitinâ. Itâs always grindinâ and waitinâ, ainât it?
