Life‑size Cartoon Network statues finally found after 10-year-long hunt

After ten years of searching, a collector has finally found the original, full-sized Cartoon Network statues that once stood in downtown Atlanta.

For many people growing up, Cartoon Network was the first place they turned when they got home from school or on weekend mornings. Popular shows like Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd n Eddy, and Codename: Kids Next Door were all staples of the channel.

The network stopped broadcasting in August 2024, and it won’t be returning. This has led to a surge in collectors looking for rare items related to the show.

The most popular collectibles have been the full-sized statues that once greeted visitors at the Cartoon Network offices in Atlanta. These statues hadn’t been seen for a while.

That all changed when Triple C Toys and Collectables said they discovered the items in a barn, after seeing a listing on Facebook Marketplace.

They shared on Instagram about an amazing find on Facebook Marketplace. “You won’t believe this without pictures!” they wrote. They discovered a whole loft full of statues that used to be at Cartoon Network headquarters in Atlanta – definitely their best Marketplace find ever!

The statues discovered featured characters from popular cartoons like Ben 10, Billy & Mandy, and Flapjack, and several other shows.

Triple C Toys and Collectables had been searching for the statues for ten years, and they’d almost lost hope of ever finding them.

The person collecting the items mentioned they drove from Tennessee and took three hours to fill a U-Haul truck with everything.

One commenter expressed relief that the items weren’t ruined. Another playfully said someone discovered incredibly rare treasure. A third suggested the items were so special they belonged in a museum.
