LEGO Star Wars has revealed its first three sets for 2026. 2025 was a very successful year for LEGO Star Wars, featuring popular sets like the large Republic Juggernaut, Jango Fett’s Slave-I, and an impressive, and expensive, Death Star model that cost $1000.
The popular LEGO brand is continuing its Star Wars line, with new sets already planned for release in 2026. Although a list of these sets has been circulating for a while, it wasn’t known when fans could expect to see them become available.
LEGO recently revealed the first three LEGO Star Wars sets planned for 2026. These smaller-scale sets will feature iconic vehicles and characters, including the Republic Venator-Class Attack Cruiser, the Imperial AT-AT walker, and the BB Astromech Droid.
You can now pre-order each of these three LEGO sets on the official LEGO website. They are expected to ship on January 1, 2026.
LEGO Star Wars will release more sets in 2026, including models based on Darth Vader’s TIE Advanced, Luke Skywalker’s Red Five X-Wing, and the speeder bike from The Mandalorian and Grogu. These sets are expected to be available sometime next year.
Breaking Down LEGO Star Wars’ First Three 2026 Sets
Venator-Class Attack Cruiser
The new LEGO Venator-Class Attack Cruiser is the newest set in the LEGO Star Wars Starship Collection, and it’s modeled after the iconic Republic transport cruiser from Star Wars.
This Star Wars vehicle is a smaller, simplified version perfect for displaying on a shelf, fireplace mantle, or desk. It’s a detailed model designed for fans of the Prequel era and doesn’t include any minifigures.
The new Venator LEGO set, with 643 pieces, will be released on January 1, 2026, and will cost $79.99.
AT-AT
As a long-time LEGO fan, I’ve seen so many awesome AT-AT sets over the years! They’re always based on those iconic walkers from the Battle of Hoth in Episode V, and they never disappoint.
The upcoming 2026 AT-AT set will be one of the smallest LEGO models ever created. It’s a new addition to the LEGO Star Wars Starship Collection, designed for collectors, and is perfectly sized to display on a desk. The set also includes a Snow Speeder – likely piloted by Luke Skywalker – positioned around the AT-AT’s legs, recreating a famous scene from the movie.
The new LEGO Star Wars AT-AT building set, with 525 pieces, will be available starting January 1st for $64.99.
BB-8 Astromech Droid
The final set in this new LEGO Star Wars collection is the BB-8 Astromech Droid. This popular character from the sequel trilogy is getting a LEGO makeover, but this version is a bit unique.
The new LEGO BB-8 set, released for 2026, is designed more as a collectible display piece than a traditional play toy. This 569-piece model features a BB-8 that can fully rotate, and it opens up to recreate the famous thumbs-up scene from the movie The Force Awakens.
Okay, so LEGO is releasing a BB-8 decor set, and it’s priced at $89.99. You’ll be able to get your hands on it starting January 1st, 2026 – a bit of a wait, but it looks like it’ll be a cool display piece!
