Laura Harrier deletes Shameik Moore TikTok after Spider-Verse star’s apology

As a seasoned gamer and avid follower of Hollywood happenings, I can’t help but reflect on this intriguing tale involving Laura Harrier and Shameik Moore. While I don’t claim to know their hearts or minds, it seems clear that there was a miscommunication here, fueled by speculation and social media’s insatiable appetite for gossip.

As a dedicated fan, I’m sharing an update about a recent incident involving Shameik Moore and Laura Harrier. After labeling Shameik as “unusual” in a viral TikTok post, Laura has since removed the video following Shameik’s apology. In response to public backlash, he deactivated his social media accounts but has since returned, indicating that both parties seem to have reconciled amicably.

In a recent social media exchange, the actor who played Harrier from Spider-Man: Homecoming criticized Miles Morales’ actor after posting an old photo of them together, which was captioned “Coming soon” without additional information. Some fans assumed that they were working on a project together based on this post.

Contrarily, what was stated wasn’t accurate at all. Since Harrier is in a relationship, she requested Moore to remove the post. However, he chose not to, which resulted in her publicly criticizing him on TikTok. “I’m sorry but you’re strange and I’m irritated,” she expressed.

Moore later posted a video apologizing to Harrier, explaining that it was a “misunderstanding.”

Laura Harrier “needed a moment” as she deletes Shameik Moore TikTok

Originally, Harrier posted a TikTok that’s now gone. Before it vanished, she re-captioned it saying, “I’ll be deleting this, there are far more significant matters in the world, but I just needed a quick laugh.” As a gamer, I can relate to the need for a moment of fun amidst serious global issues.

Laura Harrier requested Shameik Moore to remove a picture featuring her, as people were assuming they were in a relationship. However, she’s getting married and finds the suggestion unpleasant, but the post is yet to be taken down.

In the video, Harrier asked him to remove the video featuring them both. She added, “I should clarify that I’m about to get married and I’m uncomfortable with any suggestions of a relationship between us, if that was your assumption.

Moore emphasized that he didn’t imply any romantic connection… He meant no disrespect, absolutely none. His intentions were pure. He has no malicious motives. For him, it’s all about art. You see, the video reflected the song’s style… He regrets the confusion and apologizes for it.

As a gamer, I wiped clean all my game profiles and put them on hold, making room for a fresh start. My online presence had been dormant for a while, but I’ve recently resurfaced with just one post – a shared link to my latest track, ‘Clean Slate’, available now on YouTube.

Previously this year, Moore likewise responded to remarks he made following Hailee Steinfeld’s engagement. “There are still more people to meet. More possibilities to come. And more opportunities to seize. Live, learn, adapt,” he posted on the same day as her announcement, leading many to believe that he had pursued his Spider-Verse co-star.

He mentioned it’s been quite challenging these past few days, his brother. Apparently, the internet has been causing him trouble, and he apologizes,” (via Screen Rant).
