Double Fine Productions is famous for its imaginative and often unusual games, especially adventure titles. Today, they’re launching their newest game, Keeper. As announced on October 8th, it will be available to play with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Keeper is launching soon on PC and Xbox Series X/S (currently not available in the Microsoft Store, with just 9 hours left until release on Steam). Even a brief look at the game is captivating. You play as a mobile lighthouse exploring a lost island with a bird companion. The goal is to uncover the mystery behind a strange withering that’s slowly consuming the land.
In *Keeper*, you’ll play by peacefully exploring and figuring out puzzles in the environment, and you’ll need to work with both characters to succeed. The story is told visually, showing a heartwarming friendship develop between a lamppost and a little bird without any spoken dialogue.
