NBA player Kevin Durant acknowledged how challenging it is to be a streamer, and he also complimented IShowSpeed on being a good athlete.
When IShowSpeed is streaming, he often talks about how athletic he is. He thinks he could even compete in the 100-meter sprint at the Olympics, and he’s also shown off some great gymnastics skills.
The popular YouTube creator has also been working with professional athletes, learning from their expertise and occasionally competing with them.
NBA player Kevin Durant recently teamed up with Speed for a 2-on-2 basketball game as part of Speed’s “Speed Goes Pro” series.

Even though they had some disagreements during the game, Durant was quick to acknowledge and compliment Speed’s talent and abilities.
The NBA champion explained that he and the athlete, whom he calls ‘Speed,’ have a strong connection. They first worked together about two years ago on a podcast and a commercial, and this current project is their third collaboration.
It’s really hard work being a streamer or someone who makes content daily. I have a lot of respect for what Speed contributes to the online world, and it’s always entertaining to watch.

Besides Durant, Speed has connected with several other famous athletes. He’s raced Noah Lyles, received football tips from Tom Brady, and even had the chance to meet his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo.
He’s also wrestled for WWE, a departure from his typical sports, but it highlighted how well-rounded Speed is as an athlete.
It remains to be seen who he’ll impress next, but he is winning fans from across the sports world.
