In 2025, Kai Cenat was the top American streamer on Twitch, with almost twice as many viewers as Asmongold, who came in second.
Twitch saw a lot of exciting moments in 2025. Highlights included IShowSpeed’s energetic tour of the US and Caseoh’s incredibly funny adventures with the Waterpark Simulator, making for consistently entertaining content on the platform.
One broadcaster clearly stood out from the rest when it came to the number of viewers – it wasn’t even a competition.
Kai Cenat is the most-watched American streamer on Twitch
Streams Charts recently released its ranking of the top US Twitch streamers for 2025, based on viewership data gathered throughout the year.
Kai Cenat won the stream and earned an incredible 134.4 million hours of viewership.

Kai had a fantastic year, reaching a new peak in his streaming career. His recent Mafiathon 3 marathon was incredibly popular, helping him break his personal best and reach over 728,600 subscribers – a first for anyone on Twitch!
Earlier this year, he hosted Streamer University, a live event designed to help new content creators learn the ropes in a classroom-like environment. The event was a success, even featuring a special appearance by Drake, who gave an inspiring graduation speech to recognize the participants’ efforts.
Kai Cenat received the award for Best Marathon Stream at the 2025 Streamer Awards, recognizing his impressive Mafiathon 3 stream.
Kai has been incredibly popular this year, with his total viewership almost twice as high as Asmongold, the next most-watched streamer, who has 76.53 million hours viewed.
Hasan, Jynxzi, and Caseoh are the next most-watched streamers, with 71 million, 65.6 million, and 55 million hours watched, in that order. Lacy, Jasontheween, summit1g, stableronaldo, and DDG complete the top ten.

Viewers pointed out that DDG was the only full-time streamer in the top 10 also nominated for Best Breakout Streamer at the Streamer Awards. Considering he’s only been streaming professionally for a year, his impressive 28 million hours watched is a huge accomplishment, and his fans are already anticipating even bigger things from him.
It’s not surprising Kai won first place, considering he’s also the most-watched streamer on Twitch globally. He significantly outperformed Ibai, a popular Spanish streamer, with almost twice the viewing hours.
