Kai Cenat reveals his “hate wall” of comments from haters to motivate him

Kai Cenat returned to YouTube and shared a collection of negative comments he’s received since stepping away from Twitch, calling it his “hate wall.”

After finishing his popular stream, The Mafiathon 3, in September, Kai Cenat took a break from Twitch. He surprised fans by traveling around Europe for a vacation.

During his break, Kai shared that he’d been quietly building a YouTube channel called Kai’s Mind to improve his public speaking skills. He also revealed he was launching his own clothing brand, Vivet, and needed to dedicate his time fully to getting it off the ground.

The musician, known as AMP, had been largely absent from the internet, but reappeared on March 8th with a video called “Learn to embrace hate.” In the video, he displayed a “hate wall” – a collection of negative comments he’d received from viewers.

Kai Cenat has a wall of comments from haters

In a video posted on March 7th, Kai displayed a wall of hateful comments, stating he wanted to demonstrate the extent of the negativity he receives.

Kai used to be bothered by negative comments, so he collected all the hateful messages he received and used them as motivation. He says the negativity actually pushes him to create great work, adding that people often doubt you until you prove them wrong. He also mentioned he filmed the video in mid-February but waited a few weeks before posting it.

Some people online jokingly pointed out that his ‘hate wall’ actually contains some supportive comments, despite being intended to showcase negativity.

Honestly, I kinda feel sorry for him because people are already coming down hard on him for this. Someone else pointed out that all the hate is just people trying to look upset, not actually being genuinely concerned. And another fan just said they miss him and want him to come back soon – it’s a tough situation all around.

Kai mentioned he might come back to Twitch soon, specifically saying he’d interrupt his break to play Fall Guys during an AMP game night with Fanum. So far, though, he hasn’t returned.
