As a long-time follower of Kai Cenat and a frequent viewer of his Mafiathon streams, I must admit that this recent episode with Kyrie Irving was a rollercoaster ride of emotions! The suspense was palpable when Irving pretended to be sick after eating the crickets – my heart skipped a beat as I watched Cenat’s shocked reaction! It was all in good fun, though, and I have to give props to Kyrie for pulling off such a convincing prank.

During Mafiathon 2, Kai Cenat and Kyrie Irving decided to chow down on a bowlful of crickets, but the prank didn’t go as planned for the streamer when Irving feigned illness afterward.

During the span of his 30-day ‘Mafiathon’ streaming marathon, Kai Cenat welcomed numerous famous visitors, among them being basketball star Kyrie Irving.

On Thursday, November 28th, during his live stream, Cenat managed to persuade Irving to give cricket eating a try. Following this, the NBA player seemed to exhibit symptoms similar to food poisoning after consuming the insects.

In a hurry, he pressed his forehead against his shins, clutching his abdomen as if feeling discomfort. Then, he feigned nausea and headed towards the door.

At that moment, Cenat was taken aback by Irving’s response to the crickets. “Oh, no! Not that! Absolutely not!” Cenat protested, slapping his palms at Irving. “Please don’t begin [that behavior]. Goodness gracious no.

Kyrie Irving told Kai Cenat he was “sweating” from food poisoning

Later, Cent paused dramatically before leaping from his chair and exclaiming, “Absolutely not!” The broadcaster too was deeply concerned that his Twitch audience might criticize him for inadvertently causing harm to the basketball player.

Cenat playfully remarked, ‘Come on now,’ as Irving pretended not to be sweating,” and then “Irving jokingly inquired, ‘What was that meal you made me eat?’

After Cenat exclaimed “What on earth!” one more time, Irving ultimately broke into laughter, showing that he had been joking all along.

Following the buzz around the incident, I couldn’t help but be amazed at Irving’s clever trickery that left fans in stitches. Some even speculated that Cenat was about to falter, but it turned out Irving had only been pretending to be unwell all along.

Prior to Irving entering Cenat’s subathon live stream on Twitch, comedian Kevin Hart and content creator Druski were invited for a pre-Thanksgiving meal by the streamer. However, during this gathering, Druski made a comment about a child actor, referring to him as “fat.” The boy’s mother subsequently criticized Druski for “emotional harm” inflicted upon her son, prompting an apology from the rapper.
