Okay, so I just watched the trailer for Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day, coming out in June 2026, and while the alien invasion plot is obviously the big deal, I couldn’t help but notice how much Colin Firth is starting to resemble Bill Pullman these days! Seriously, the beard, the jawline… it’s uncanny. But honestly, you don’t have much time to dwell on doppelgangers because it looks like aliens are heading our way again, and thankfully, Spielberg’s at the helm. The cast is fantastic – Josh O’Connor, who was everywhere in 2025, Emily Blunt, and of course, Colin Firth (who isn’t Bill Pullman, despite appearances!). They’ve also packed it with amazing character actors like Elizabeth Marvel and Colman Domingo. There’s even a bizarre element of CGI deer and cardinals running around – are they aliens themselves, warning us about them, or something else entirely? Either way, it’s got all the classic alien movie tropes: crop circles, creepy noises, glowing eyes, and plenty of ominous foreshadowing. If extraterrestrials are coming to Earth, I’d say we’re in pretty good hands with Josh O’Connor leading the way, even if it’s a hostile (or maybe surprisingly peaceful) takeover.
