Amazon currently has a great price on The Dark Crystal Collector’s Edition. Originally released last year for $100, this limited-edition 4K box set of Jim Henson’s classic dark fantasy film is now only $50. You can also find this deal at Walmart. For fans of Henson’s other work, the Collector’s Edition of his 1986 film, Labyrinth, is available for around $77 at both Walmart and Amazon. However, if you’re interested, keep in mind that the sold-out Steelbook Editions of both films will be re-released on October 7.
The 4K Steelbook versions of *The Dark Crystal* and *Labyrinth*, which were previously only available at Walmart, can now be preordered on Amazon for $29 and $33, respectively. While Walmart is still offering preorders for *The Dark Crystal*, the *Labyrinth* Steelbook is currently out of stock there.
Both *Labyrinth* and *The Dark Crystal* received 4K Blu-ray releases around their anniversaries – *Labyrinth* in 2016 for its 30th, and *The Dark Crystal* in 2018 for its 35th. However, the original 4K Blu-ray versions aren’t significantly cheaper than this new Limited Edition Steelbook release; *Labyrinth* costs about the same, while *The Dark Crystal* is only a few dollars less.

As a huge fan of both these films, I’m always looking for more ways to enjoy their worlds! Luckily, there’s been a ton of books and comics released over the years, and Amazon has some great deals on them right now. You can find everything from straight-up adaptations of the movies to stories that explore what happened before or after, and even spin-offs focusing on different characters. They even have a really detailed guide to the world of Labyrinth and some cool Tarot card decks based on both films!
The popular book version of the movie *Labyrinth* is being adapted into a graphic novel for the first time, and it will be released on December 2nd. You can pre-order the hardcover edition of *Labyrinth: The Graphic Novel* at Amazon for $30 – it’s currently on sale from its original price of $40.
