Arrow Video, known for distributing popular ’90s titles on Blu-ray recently, is set to unveil its latest release which is none other than the highly anticipated 4K Blu-ray restoration of the iconic film, The Mask. The Mask movie was based on a Dark Horse Comics miniseries of the same name. While the film did include some intense scenes, they were tamed down compared to the comics. For instance, in the flick, Ipkiss’ mechanics get humiliated by his alter-ego, but in the comics, they meet a much grimmer fate at his hands. In the books, several characters meet a cold-blooded end and things don’t exactly end on a high note for Ipkess either.
