Jeremy Renner Discusses Recovery From Snow Plow Accident: ‘I’m 25% Titanium, So F–k Iron Man’

As a follower, I truly admire Jeremy Renner‘s resilience and indomitable spirit. His journey from the snow plow accident to standing on stage at Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Film Festival is nothing short of inspiring. Despite being 25% titanium, he doesn’t let that hold him back – even mocking Iron Man in the process!

Jeremy Renner, who experienced a nearly fatal snow plow mishap in January 2023, shared insights on his recovery during an on-stage conversation at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday. “I don’t consider it as restrictions,” he stated, despite being 25% titanium now. Referring to Iron Man, he jokingly added, “But I guess that makes me 25% closer to Iron Man.

Jeremy Renner, renowned for portraying Hawkeye within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has triumphantly resumed his acting career following an incident that resulted in severe chest injury and thirty fractured bones.

This year in January, Renner went back on the set of Taylor Sheridan’s Paramount+ series “Mayor of Kingstown,” where he portrays Mike McLusky, for filming the third season. Lately, he has also starred in Rian Johnson’s upcoming mystery “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery,” marking his first project since his snow plow accident. Daniel Craig resumed his role as detective Benoit Blanc in this movie, which concluded filming this summer in London and is due for release next fall, according to him. “It’s an extraordinary cast,” he commented.

Renner is known for “The Hurt Locker,” “The Town” and “Avengers: Endgame.”
