As a cinephile with a soft spot for documentaries and shows that inspire change, I am genuinely thrilled about the upcoming premiere of “Extraordinary World” on CBS and Paramount+. Having spent countless hours immersed in wildlife conservation and animal advocacy content, I can’t help but feel drawn to this series, which promises to highlight everyday heroes making a difference across various causes close to my heart.
TV personality and nature enthusiast, Jeff Corwin, is set to debut a new series called “Extraordinary World” on both CBS and Paramount+ starting from January 4th. The show will be broadcast weekly.
The upcoming 30-minute show, produced by Hearst Media Production Group, focuses on ordinary individuals who are significantly contributing to various causes such as animal welfare, wildlife preservation, empowering the youth, and alleviating food scarcity issues.
Corwin, who’s known for hosting shows like Disney Channel’s “Going Wild” and ABC’s “Ocean Mysteries,” is joining forces with the Brady Hunter Foundation for “Extraordinary World.” This exciting venture will take viewers on a journey across America, highlighting acts of kindness and generosity. From tidying up beaches in Florida to assisting those in need in cities like New York City and Los Angeles, we’ll witness the impact of compassion firsthand. Famous faces, including NBA players, will make appearances in episodes to underscore the significance of inspiring positive change.
In collaboration with The Brady Hunter Foundation, we’re thrilled to present this inspiring series that will captivate audiences of all ages. It’s a wonderful fit for our CBS WKND programming,” stated Bryan Curb, the executive vice president and general manager of education and information at Hearst Media Production Group.
Josh Fox, head of the Brady Hunter Foundation, expressed in a statement, “The Extraordinary World echoes our purpose at The Brady Hunter Foundation: to empower those who cannot speak for themselves – such as animals, children, and those struggling with food insecurity. We strive to support initiatives that create a more compassionate world.
As a film enthusiast, I’m thrilled to announce that my project, “Extraordinary World,” has found a new home with the esteemed Hearst Media Production Group. This union expands their collection of over 30 original series, a testament to their commitment to quality content. My production house is proudly represented by the United Talent Agency, a partnership that promises an exciting journey ahead!
