Jaylen Brown, Boston Celtics – 93 OVR (+1)

The newest update to NBA 2K26 ratings has Jaylen Brown as the top mover, increasing his overall rating to 93. Brown has shown he can successfully lead his team even when Jayson Tatum isn’t playing. Currently averaging 29.3 points per game – the third-best in the NBA – Brown is a key player for the Boston Celtics, who are fourth in the Eastern Conference and depend on him to maintain their position.

Stephon Castle, San Antonio Spurs – 86 OVR (+2)

While Victor Wembanyama gets a lot of attention, Stephon Castle has become a key player for the Spurs. He’s been playing exceptionally well in December, averaging over 21 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 5 assists per game. Considering the Spurs only won 22 games two seasons ago, their current record of 19-7 and potential playoff berth is a significant improvement.

Derik Queen, New Orleans Pelicans – 82 OVR (+2)

Derik Queen recently improved his rating after a standout performance with a 30-point triple-double for the Spurs. However, he hasn’t played quite as well since then. While he scored 17 points in 25 minutes against the Bulls, he also had five turnovers. As the 13th pick in the 2025 draft, Queen has shown a lot of potential, but he still needs time to grow as a player.
