In 2025, Jake Paul, the popular YouTuber who became a boxer, made two major purchases. He bought a private jet, nicknamed ‘Air Paul,’ and a $40 million ranch in Georgia.
Jake is known for making large real estate purchases, like his $16 million mansion in Puerto Rico. His recent acquisition – a 5,746-acre ranch in Georgia – is no exception, and he’s already begun exploring and enjoying the vast property.

In a video posted on the Paul Family Ranch YouTube channel on January 13th, Jake announced his plans to construct a private landing strip and a racetrack close by.
He plans to build a mile-and-a-half-long airstrip for his Global Express aircraft, which he’s calling Paul Air. He also intends to incorporate a Formula 1-style racetrack throughout the property and will build his car collection once the airstrip is finished.
