So, I just saw the news – Jack Doherty, that YouTuber and streamer, got arrested in Miami Beach. Apparently, it happened outside a smoke shop really early Friday morning. Crazy! I saw some footage of it too. He’s only 20, so it’s pretty shocking.
Doherty is popular for his live streams and collaborations with other creators, amassing a large following of over 13 million on TikTok and Instagram, and 15 million subscribers on YouTube. He’s been recently using the Parti platform for his streams, and just before his arrest, he broadcast video from a yacht in Miami.
On November 15, 2025, Miami Beach Police arrested Doherty near a smoke shop and took him to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 9 a.m. He faces charges of possessing both illegal drugs and marijuana, as well as resisting officers during his arrest.
Police say amphetamine and marijuana were recovered
TMZ reports that police say Rose McGowan was arrested and found with amphetamine, a drug often prescribed for ADHD and narcolepsy. They also found under 20 grams of marijuana, according to the arrest report.
Videos shared online show actor Eddie Doherty being handcuffed by police officers next to a patrol car. The footage, seemingly recorded by someone watching, depicts officers putting Doherty in handcuffs and then taking him away from the area.
Doherty’s bond was set at $3,500.
Just before his arrest, Doherty was live-streaming on Parti and sharing new videos from Miami. He’d been posting about his travels and lifestyle, showing himself with other social media personalities and featuring expensive cars and vacation rentals.
Doherty became popular in 2017 when videos of his flips and stunts started circulating widely online. Since then, he’s become a leading figure among young creators who share lifestyle content on platforms like TikTok and live streaming services.
