Okay, so I just saw a clip of IShowSpeed trying to train at the UFC Performance Institute, and it was… rough! He went up against Vanessa Demopoulos, a strawweight fighter, and she completely showed him up. He’s clearly not a fighter, and it was pretty hilarious to watch!
The streamer stopped by UFC headquarters on September 26th during his US tour. Although the visit was intended to be lighthearted, UFC fighter Demopoulos didn’t pull any punches, repeatedly submitting the streamer with various holds, including triangle chokes, a head-and-arm lock, and even a double armbar during the brief session.
During breaks between rounds, Speed got quick advice from fellow fighters on how to prevent quick defeats.

I saw these awesome clips on Instagram from Demopoulos’ training session! Apparently, Speed – you know, the famous fighter – came by to spar. Demopoulos said Speed was actually really happy to lose, which is so cool to see. He seemed to have a blast, and Demopoulos said they had a ton of fun together! It’s great to see that kind of sportsmanship.

This recent sparring match is just the latest dramatic event on Speed’s U.S. tour. On September 21st, Speed shared their feelings of loneliness, saying, “I really need someone to talk to. I feel alone and like nobody understands what I’m going through.”
While driving around San Francisco on September 26th, Speed saw a car run into a motorcyclist and then drive away. The incident happened because the car in front of Speed hadn’t moved when the light turned green, and after finally moving, it collided with the motorcyclist before speeding off without stopping to help.
