I’m so hyped for the new episode of Invincible! The latest teaser for Season 4, Episode 6 really got me excited – it looks like Thragg is finally jumping into the war between the Viltrumites and the Coalition of Planets. He’s been this huge, threatening figure in the background for a while now, and it seems like he’s about to take center stage alongside his followers. Honestly, I can’t wait to see how much more powerful he becomes as the war ramps up in the next episodes!
Invincible Season 4 latest teaser finally brings Thragg into the fight
The short teaser for Invincible Season 4, Episode 6 is only 32 seconds long. It shows quick glimpses of what’s coming in the episode, along with lines of dialogue spoken by characters Thragg, Thadeus, and Nolan (also known as Omni-Man).
Thragg confidently believes his side is powerful, boasting that any alliance against them will quickly fall apart. In contrast, Thadeus states the Coalition’s goal is to protect everyone from the Viltrumites, vowing to put an end to their violence and oppression. These lines from Thragg were originally shared in a preview released last month before the start of Season 3.
The scene quickly shifts between images of Nolan and Oliver fighting a monster, relaxing by a campfire, and Thragg obliterating a spaceship. Throughout these visuals, Omni-Man states, presumably to his son or someone else, “This is war. And unfortunately, it isn’t over.”
Here’s a quick preview showing Thragg will be in the next episode, with the caption: “Just when you thought things couldn’t get worse…” You can watch it below.
Mark isn’t shown in the preview, suggesting he won’t have a major role in this episode. This makes sense, considering the last episode ended with him severely injured after his intense fight with Conquest, who died as a result. Nolan and Oliver discovered him badly hurt, with a serious wound to his chest, and he was barely able to ask for assistance.
I’m so excited to follow Invincible! New episodes drop every Wednesday, and it looks like Season 4 will be running until around April 22nd. It’s amazing to see Robert Kirkman bring his comic – originally created with Ryan Ottley and Corey Walker – to life on Amazon Prime Video. And the voice cast is incredible – Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, J.K. Simmons, Gillian Jacobs, Walton Goggins, Ross Marquand… the list goes on! There are so many talented actors bringing these characters to life, including Mahershala Ali, Mark Hamill, and Sterling K. Brown. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
