It ended up meaning way more work than we anticipated – honestly, hundreds of extra hours! The result? A credits roll that’s a full thirty minutes long. It’s crazy, but fans are loving it, and it all started with that one little promise!

The creator of the indie horror game Twilight Moon Flower said they would list everyone who liked their post in the game’s credits. Since being posted on November 9, 2025, the post on X (formerly Twitter) has received over 60,000 likes, according to Automaton.

The developer announced on January 24, 2026, that after over 300 hours of work, they had delivered on their initial commitment: a roughly 30-minute end credits sequence.

The game developer promised to credit everyone who liked their self-made game, hoping for a little recognition. Surprisingly, around 60,000 people did like it! The developer then spent over 300 hours making sure every single one of them was included in the ending credits, relying on determination to get it done.

The game’s ending is unusually long. Most smaller indie games, like Hades 2, have credits that only take a few minutes to watch, and even big-budget AAA games rarely have credits longer than 20 minutes.
