It’s still early in 2026, and I’m still reflecting on the films of 2025. Seeing Chase Infiniti in One Battle After Another really felt like watching the arrival of a major new talent. It was her first film role, and despite sharing the screen with established stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Benicio del Toro, and Sean Penn, she stood out as the most impressive performer. I’m eager to discuss Infiniti and her upcoming projects in more detail.

After Chase Infiniti Blew Me Away In One Battle After Another, I’m Ready For Her Career To Skyrocket
It’s disappointing how few young actresses of color consistently land leading roles in Hollywood. Zendaya is a clear standout, with a very busy year ahead including projects like The Drama, The Odyssey, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Dune: Part Three, and Season 3 of Euphoria. It was a lovely gesture when she sent flowers after One Battle After Another came out, and I truly believe she’s poised to become a major Hollywood star – and she’s earned it.
Infiniti really stood out in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, playing Teyana Taylor’s daughter. She has a captivating presence and a remarkable ability to convey complex emotions, especially during the movie’s exciting scenes. She truly has that star quality, and it’s great to see her lined up for two major roles soon.

Don’t miss our interviews with Leonardo DiCaprio, Benicio del Toro, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor, and Chase Infiniti, part of our special coverage of “One Battle After Another.”

The Two Roles Chase Infiniti Has Coming Up Next
With award season in full swing and nominations already under her belt from the Gotham Awards, Critics’ Choice, and Golden Globes, rising star Chase Infiniti is set to lead a new TV series. She’ll be the main character, Agnes Jemima, in The Testaments, a highly anticipated adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s 2019 sequel to The Handmaid’s Tale. The show premieres on Hulu this April, and I’m excited to see Infiniti in what promises to be another fantastic role.
Infiniti is already filming her second movie, titled The Julia Set, and will again be the lead actress. This time, she’ll play a mathematician preparing for the challenging Putnam Exam. According to Deadline, she’ll star with Christopher Briney (known from The Summer I Turned Pretty), Gillian Anderson (The X-Files), and Jason Isaacs (The White Lotus). Filming began in London in October, so we might see the movie released later in 2024 or in 2025.
Chase Infiniti’s recent success with One Battle After Another feels like just the start of a promising career, and it’s exciting to see such a talented individual poised to become a major Hollywood star.
