Naturally, Jake’s father, music icon Jon Bon Jovi, is overjoyed about meeting his grandchild – it’s incredibly sweet! He shared his excitement in a recent interview with Today, saying:
It was love at first sight. When we met Jake and Millie’s daughter, we instantly felt a connection – she felt like our granddaughter. It’s a wonderful feeling! And she won’t need to walk for a long time, because her grandpa plans on carrying her everywhere.
It’s so sweet to hear how much he loves his grandchild, and I really appreciated the little extra details he shared! Apparently, he’s going to be called ‘Papa’ – I love that! – and it sounds like their daughter is already shaping up to be a real daddy’s girl. Honestly, though, I’m hoping he can chill out a little and let her learn to walk before she’s practically in high school!
