The upcoming September 2025 Nintendo Direct announcement has officially revealed that the complete launch date for “Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment” is set for November 6, 2025. This exciting new action game will be globally accessible on the Nintendo Switch 2 platform this year.
The fresh game trailer reveals a deeper look into the title’s content. It has been officially announced that Korok is among the playable characters. Furthermore, it hints at the inclusion of split-screen cooperative play and GameShare functionality in this upcoming release.
It’s worth noting that although the single-player mode in this 60fps trailer appears capable of running at 60 frames per second, it seems that the frame rate for the 2-player split-screen cooperative play might be reduced to 30fps.
Nintendo has posted separate trailers for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity on their Japanese and U.S. platforms, which you can watch conveniently below.
