TikTok personality HSTikkyTokky won’t have to pay the £16,000 cost of a private jet that brought him back to the UK. A judge decided the flight wasn’t needed and was an excessive measure.
Harrison Sullivan, 24, who goes by HSTikkyTokky online, was brought back to the UK last summer after managing to avoid arrest for nearly a year. He was involved in a serious car crash in Virginia Water, Surrey, in March 2024, and police were unable to find him until August 2025 when he was located in Spain. Surrey Police then arranged a private flight from Malaga to bring him back to face charges.
During a court hearing on Thursday, District Judge Julie Cooper denied a request from the prosecution to cover the cost of a private jet. She determined that the evidence didn’t support the need for such travel.
HsTikkyTokky reportedly crashed his McLaren 720s and then left the scene. A video circulating online shows his friend, content creator General G, injured near the car after the crash. Another person is also believed to have been injured.

HSTikkyTokky to pay £17,000, not including private jet
Surrey Police and prosecutors requested £28,350.27 to cover the costs of bringing a suspect to trial, including £15,990 for a private plane. However, the judge, Cooper, lowered the amount Sullivan had to pay to £17,320.27, deciding the flight wasn’t essential and the cost wasn’t justified, and therefore reduced the police funding by £10,000.
Cooper told the court he doesn’t believe it’s fair for the other party to be paying for a private flight, especially since he hasn’t received a good reason why it’s necessary. He also pointed out that the details of the risk assessment used to approve the flight weren’t shared with him.
Surrey Police explained their decision, stating they chose a private charter flight after a risk assessment by the National Crime Agency’s extradition unit showed other options weren’t feasible. They emphasized that bringing Sullivan back to the UK was crucial for public safety, given the seriousness of his driving offenses.
HSTikkyTokky won’t be going to prison despite causing a crash in his $300,000 McLaren, which led to a year-long search for him. The judge decided against a stricter punishment, hoping to send a message to the influencer’s fans.

In November, Sullivan received a one-year suspended prison sentence after admitting his guilt. As part of his sentence, he was also prohibited from driving for two years, placed under electronic monitoring for three months, ordered to perform 300 hours of unpaid community service, and required to complete a 30-day rehabilitation program.
At the hearing, Sullivan’s lawyers stated he was taken aback by the private jet sent for him and had remained calm and cooperative while in police custody. They also emphasized that finding him wasn’t a challenge, as he regularly broadcast his location online while traveling.
So, from what I’ve heard from the court stuff, Sullivan’s saying he’d really have a hard time paying back the £17,320.27 within a year. Apparently, the police tried to get all the money back for bringing him over, but it didn’t work out, and now he’s stuck with the bill.
