How to Unlock Workout Warrior in NBA 2K26

In NBA 2K26, the Workout Warrior Badge is essential for players looking to permanently boost their speed and maximize their stamina. Many players aren’t sure how to get it, so we’ve put together a guide to help you unlock the Workout Warrior Badge quickly and easily.

How Do You Unlock Workout Warrior in NBA 2K26?

To complete the Workout Warrior Quest in NBA 2K26, you need to

  • Complete all 12 different workouts at the Gatorade Gym (including the new 3v3 game)
  • Have a Stamina rating of 99

Working out at the gym improves your stamina, but you’re limited to four workouts each week. Because there are 12 different drills to complete, it will take a minimum of three weeks. Keep in mind that you need to do each of the 12 workouts once – repeating a workout won’t get you any closer to finishing your goal.

Your MyPLAYER starts with 85 Stamina, and each workout increases it by 2. It’s quick to reach the maximum Stamina of 99 – you’ll probably achieve it after just a few training sessions.

Once completed, you will earn the Workout Warrior Badge, which gives you:

  • A Permanent Turbo Meter Boost
  • All unlocked Body Types for all MyPLAYER saves

Once I made my MyPLAYER, I could head straight to the Gatorade Gym whenever I wanted. It’s in The City, super easy to find. Honestly, if you’ve played 2K before, getting there is pretty much the same as always.

In NBA 2K26, you can’t directly improve your player’s Stamina by leveling up the attribute. Instead, you’ll need to use the Gatorade Gym to boost it. Getting to the gym is key to playing longer and earning the valuable Permanent Turbo boost!

That covers everything you need to become a Workout Warrior in NBA 2K26. Good luck earning this skill quickly to get those awesome rewards! And remember to visit the Gatorade Facility often – it’s a great way to improve your player’s abilities.
