Borderlands 4 is a classic ‘loot shooter’ – a game all about collecting tons of items, especially powerful legendary ones. While not every legendary is amazing, they’re usually tough to find. You can often farm them by repeatedly defeating bosses like Sidney Pointy Legs and Genone, which gives you a chance to get what you’re looking for. It can still be a grind, but it’s possible! Some items, like the Quintain legendary enhancement, are particularly rare. So, how do you actually get your hands on it?
How to get Quintain in Borderlands 4
Okay, so I’ve been trying to get Quintain for my build, and I know a lot of you are too! Unfortunately, I’ve got some not-so-great news. It looks like Quintain is a world drop, which basically means it can drop *anywhere*. You might find it in a chest, or it could drop from any enemy you defeat. There’s no real way to target it, it’s totally random. But, there *is* a little bit of good news! It seems like higher difficulty levels give better loot overall, so switching to a harder difficulty might slightly improve your chances. I’m definitely going to try that and stick with it while I farm – hopefully it’ll speed things up for all of us!
If finding what you’re looking for proves too difficult, you could switch to farming for more reliable items like weapons or class mods. Getting a Plasma Coil, Skeptic, or Dancer will certainly help. Otherwise, feel free to keep playing as usual – even with any approach, you’re still working towards unlocking Quintain in Borderlands 4 and getting closer to your goal. Don’t hesitate to ask your friends for assistance, and if they’re unavailable, check the official Borderlands 4 Discord server for help. Best of luck!
