How to open the locked gate on Blue Gate

During the Locked Gate event, players need to find four security codes hidden around the Blue Gate map to unlock the gate. Each code is located in a different area, specifically in four designated locations.

  • Raider’s Refuge
  • Reinforced Reception

When you reach a location on the map, search every container until someone finds its code. Then, head to the next location. Try to cooperate with other players to avoid wasting time – if you see someone else, ask if they’ve already found a code, or suggest splitting up to cover more locations quickly.

Bring all four codes to the Gate Control Room, which is in the middle of the map, and put each one into the correct terminal.

Where to find the locked gate on Blue Gate

The locked gate is at the northeast corner of the Checkpoint, which is in the middle of Blue Gate. It’s close to the Gate Control Room – just a little to the west – so it’s easy to reach after you’ve entered the codes. This gate is a common target during raids, and it will be even more crowded during this event because of the special items available inside. Be aware of other players when you go!

If you’re familiar with raids on Blue Gate, you’ll usually find this gate open. However, due to this special event, it will remain locked until the correct codes are entered and the lockdown is removed.

The gate unlocks instantly once all four codes are entered, so you need to get there quickly. It’s best to stay close to the Checkpoint unless players are still trying to find the codes.

The Locked Gate event increases your chances of getting rare items like blue and purple guns, and valuable blueprints. If you’re looking for the Bobcat blueprint, you can find it anywhere on the map during the Locked Gate event – you don’t have to search the underground tunnels. While it can spawn all over, you’ll have a better chance of finding it behind the locked gate, so heading down there to search is a good strategy.
