In Moonlighter 2, a shop management roguelike, how much loot you can carry back to town is key. Bringing back more relics means having more items to sell in your shop, and ultimately, earning more money. You’ll need to find and talk to a specific character during a run before you can increase your inventory space.
How to expand your inventory space in Moonlighter 2
If you want more space for items, you can buy additional inventory slots from a character named Sliver. He’ll start visiting your town after you unlock the western section. You can meet Sliver relatively early in the game, but first, you need to find him during a dungeon run in the Kalina area. Luckily, Kalina is the first area you unlock, so it shouldn’t be hard. Just look for him in a question mark (?) room during a run – he’s one of a few different characters that can appear there, so it might take a few tries.

After you meet him while exploring dungeons, this character will appear in town and sell extra inventory space. The first slot costs 4,000 gold, the second costs 8,000, and the price continues to increase. A second set of slots will become available later, but they require crafting materials that aren’t in the current early access version. Don’t forget to stock up on potions while you’re in town in Moonlighter 2!
