Many players are reporting they haven’t received their Battle Pass, even if they purchased the Phantom Edition or have a Battlefield Pro Token. This isn’t a unique issue – the Battle Pass isn’t given out automatically. You need to claim it separately. Here’s how to do that…
- Go to the Battle Pass tab and press the button in the upper left corner. It is named “Claim BF Pro.”
- Alternatively, you can go to the Store tab. There, view details on the Battle Pass and, click “Claim through BF Pro Token” button to claim it.
