Level-5 recently shared new gameplay footage of their upcoming game, Holy Horror Mansion, during their Level-5 Vision 2026 “Craftmanship” stream. After postponing a full gameplay reveal following its initial announcement in 2024, the company finally showed a solid look at how the game will actually play.
The video focuses on exploring the town to locate a hidden Mononoke. You’ll know you’ve found it when it’s highlighted with a purple ring instead of the usual green. Finding the Mononoke seems to start a battle, but the demonstration ended before that could happen.
Level-5 has released the new gameplay trailer as a separate video, which you can watch below. Although the footage shows the game being played with Nintendo Switch controls, the company hasn’t officially announced which platforms it will be available on or when it will be released.
