Hidden Valley hiring “Ranch-bassadors” to travel Europe and test ranch on local food

Okay, so Hidden Valley Ranch is doing something amazing! They’re actually paying four fans – yes, fans like me! – to go to Europe and try ranch dressing with all sorts of different foods. I mean, who wouldn’t want that job? It sounds like a total dream come true for a ranch lover!

I was so excited to hear about this! Hidden Valley Ranch is launching a “Ranch-bassador” program for National Ranch Day! Basically, they’re picking four people – two teams of two – to travel all over the country this summer and share their adventures online. It sounds like a dream job for a ranch lover like me!

The company explains that this initiative aims to share the uniquely American condiment with people in other countries, especially as the U.S. prepares to celebrate its 250th birthday.

Next summer in 2026, the show will send two pairs of contestants on an all-expenses-paid, seven-week journey across Europe. The trip will span multiple countries and last eight weeks total.

Hidden Valley looking for four “Ranch-bassadors” to travel Europe

Hidden Valley has chosen a group of people to experience local cultures firsthand. They’ll be pairing the ranch’s products with popular regional foods and sharing the feedback they receive from people they encounter during their travels.

You could explore northern Europe, visiting cities like London, Dublin, Reykjavik, Paris, Berlin, Zurich, and Stockholm. Alternatively, a southern route could take you through London, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, and Greece.

During the trip, each team will be creating content regularly. This includes making four short videos and one longer YouTube video each week, focusing on their experiences with the ranch and local food.

Hidden Valley will provide all necessary equipment, and participants will be paid for approximately 40 hours of work each week. Travel expenses, such as flights, train tickets, accommodation, and meals, will also be covered.

Hidden Valley Ranch’s Vice President of Marketing, Stacy Stokes, explained that this initiative is about more than just work – it’s an opportunity for cultural connection, all built around the brand’s unique and diverse flavors.

Ranch dressing is a true American classic. To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, we’re excited to share this beloved flavor with people around the world and are asking our loyal fans to help us expand ranch’s reach internationally. We’re even curious – does ranch really go with everything? We’re eager to find out!

The Ranch-bassador program will begin accepting applications on March 31, 2026. Applicants must apply with a partner, and both individuals should be okay with sharing accommodations during the program’s trip.

I just heard Hidden Valley is holding a contest! They’re looking for people who love food, traveling, and sharing their adventures online. If you’re into creating content – like videos for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube – they want to hear from you. Basically, they want teams to document their experiences and share them with everyone!

Just days after announcing a $100,000 job for someone to taste-test its food – a “Chief Tasting Officer” – Wendy’s has made another splash.

Hidden Valley isn’t alone in celebrating National Ranch Day. Wingstop is also getting in on the fun with a huge 32-ounce “Big A$$ Ranch Cup,” which is available at locations in Dallas, Texas, and New York City.
