HGTV’s ‘Love It or List It’ Returns With Page Turner Taking Over Hilary Farr’s Designer Role

After the departure of Hilary Farr from the popular home makeover and real estate TV series following her appearance in 258 episodes, HGTV’s “Love It or List It” has been confirmed to return for its 20th season, with Page Turner taking over the beloved designer role.

On HGTV, Turner first appeared on “Flip or Flop Nashville,” and later served as a guest judge on “Rock the Block.” In the revamped season of “Love It or List It,” Turner showcases her competitive spirit by challenging longtime real estate agent David Visentin in the eight newly commissioned hour-long episodes. Previously, Farr was recognized for her friendly competition with Visentin.

Turner’s role in the series is to assist homeowners in transforming their houses into comfortable living spaces. After each episode concludes, the homeowners are faced with a decision: either expressing affection for their revamped properties (“love” them) or listing them for sale on the market, thus choosing between the real estate agent and the interior designer.

Fans of HGTV initially grew fond of Page Turner on ‘Flip or Flop Nashville’ and ‘Fix My Flip’, and later saw her competitive streak in two seasons of ‘Rock the Block’. Loren Ruch, head of content at HGTV, stated that her extensive experience in real estate and design will be a powerful asset as she joins this well-known real estate competition. We are eagerly anticipating her attempts to challenge David in this renowned rivalry.

This coming summer, you can catch the latest season of “Love It or List It” on HGTV, a network owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. The show is produced by Big Coat Media, and if you’re interested in past seasons, they are available for streaming on Max.
