Harrison Ford, known for his roles in Star Wars and Indiana Jones, jokingly confessed that he has, at times, engaged in intimate moments while his own movie scores played in the background.
Harrison Ford has an incredibly extensive and successful career in Hollywood, going far beyond his iconic roles as Han Solo and Indiana Jones. He’s starred in classics like Blade Runner and Apocalypse Now, thrilling action films like The Fugitive and Patriot Games, and even took on the role of Red Hulk in the recent Captain America film. While not every movie is a hit, his range as an actor is undeniable.
Harrison Ford, age 83, is currently starring in the Apple TV+ series Shrinking, where he plays Dr. Paul Rhoades, a therapist living with Parkinson’s disease. The show has received a lot of positive attention and has been nominated for Golden Globe and Emmy awards since 2024.
During an interview about the third season of ‘Shrinking,’ Ford unexpectedly revealed that he has intimate relations while listening to the show’s music.
Harrison Ford admitted to Jimmy Kimmel he’s had sex to his film soundtracks
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, host Jimmy Kimmel playfully asked Harrison Ford if he’d ever had intimacy to the music from one of his own movies. After a moment of thought, the acclaimed actor responded with a simple, “Of course.”
So, Ford’s not the type to spill secrets, but I’m dying to know – which film’s theme was it? Was it that iconic “Imperial March” from The Empire Strikes Back, or could it have been the adventurous “Raiders March” from Raiders of the Lost Ark? I need to know!
John Williams is probably either amused or horrified by this.
During the interview, Ford shared another unexpected story: a note he sent to his “Shrinking” co-star Jason Segel after seeing the 2008 comedy “Forgetting Sarah Marshall.” He sheepishly admitted the note simply said, “Nice penis.” Ford was referencing the film’s opening scene, which features a full-frontal nude shot of Segel – a moment that makes the subsequent breakup even more jarring.
During the interview, Harrison Ford was asked if he had a favorite movie from his six decades in film. He admitted it’s difficult to choose, explaining that he enjoys the process of filmmaking itself the most. He finds the greatest satisfaction while the movie is being made, not necessarily after it’s finished.
He added: “When you see it, it’s been all screwed up… When I did it, it was better than that!”
I’m really hooked on ‘Shrinking’ and can’t wait to see how Season 3 ends! While we’re waiting, I’ve been checking out some lists of the most exciting shows coming in 2026, and I also took a look at what everyone thought were the best shows of last year, 2025.
