As a long-time admirer of heartwarming TV series that strike the perfect balance between humor and emotion, I must say that I’m absolutely thrilled to see “Gilmore Girls” returning to our screens on Hulu! Growing up, I remember staying up late to catch the latest episodes, and now, with all seasons available for streaming, it feels like a dream come true.
Starting from Monday, you can stream all seven seasons of the cherished WB family drama “Gilmore Girls” on Hulu.
To coincide with the unexpected release of the series, Hulu has arranged a special “Holiday Episodes” section on the show’s homepage. This conveniently gathers all the festive episodes in one location, such as Season 1’s Episode 9 titled “Rory’s Dance,” and others like Season 1’s Episode 10, “Forgiveness And Stuff,” and Season 2’s Episode 10, “The Bracebridge Dinner.
Warner Bros. TV produces ‘Gilmore Girls,’ which can now be streamed in its entirety on both Netflix (where the revival series ‘A Year in the Life’ is also available) and Disney-owned Hulu. However, it’s not accessible on Max, a streaming platform owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. Interestingly, the deal with Hulu isn’t exclusive, so Seasons 1-7 of ‘Gilmore Girls’ and ‘A Year in the Life’ will continue to stream on Netflix as well, according to recent reports.
For seven seasons from 2000 to 2007, the television show ‘Gilmore Girls’ unfolded. This series centered around Lorelai Gilmore, a single mother portrayed by Lauren Graham, who manages an inn in the idyllic New England town of Stars Hollow. Her character’s daughter, Rory, who aspires to attend an Ivy League university, is played by Alexis Bledel.
This show additionally features Melissa McCarthy, Keiko Agena, Yanic Truesdale, Scott Patterson, Liza Weil, Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia, Sean Gunn, Matt Czuchry, Chris Eigeman, Kelly Bishop, Edward Hermann, and Liz Torres as its cast members.
In 2016, Netflix brought back the series titled “A Year in the Life.” Set almost a decade after the initial storyline, this four-episode miniseries delves into one full year of the lives of the main characters, who are a mother and daughter. Each episode corresponds to a different season of the year: Episode 1 unfolds during winter, while Episode 4 concludes in fall.
Amy Sherman-Palladino is the one who brought ‘Gilmore Girls’ into existence. Alongside her, there are three executive producers: Gavin Polone, Daniel Palladino (who might be a relative), and Amy herself.
