The first trailer for Scream 7 is here, showing Ghostface returning for another terrifying spree. The new movie, expected in theaters next year, is already generating buzz, especially after some changes to the cast in 2023, including the departures of Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega.
Kevin Williamson, the original writer, returned to direct the seventh Scream movie, with a script by Guy Busick. Neve Campbell is back as Sidney Prescott after not appearing in Scream VI, and she’s joined by returning cast members Courteney Cox, Mason Gooding, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Roger L. Jackson, and David Arquette. New to the series are Joel McHale, playing Sidney’s husband Mark Evans, and Isabel May as her daughter, Tatum.
The recently released trailer for Scream 7 delivers everything fans wanted – and then some! Ghostface returns to haunt Sidney Prescott, now targeting her daughter. The trailer includes several references to earlier Scream movies, even a nod to the famous ending of the original. Overall, it looks very promising, and we’re hoping the full movie lives up to the hype.
