The software company, FromSoftware, has expressed their regret over the ongoing network troubles affecting the Elden Ring Nightreign trial at present.
The Japanese support account for Software on Twitter announced that their servers are experiencing heavy traffic at the moment, leading to challenges in connecting players. They recommended persisting and offered their apologies for any trouble caused.
As a dedicated Nightfarer, it appears that the Nightreign PlayStation servers are experiencing some intense maintenance work right now, according to the official Elden Ring Twitter account. They’re tirelessly working to get the servers back up and running smoothly. Regular updates will be shared as more information becomes available. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
The network test for Elden Ring will be divided into five distinct segments, running from today, February 14, through February 16. Each segment lasts three hours, leaving less time for players to explore Elden Ring Nightreign due to the high volume of server interactions.
On May 30th, the game Elden Ring: Nightreign is set to release on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Unlike some games, it won’t feature microtransactions, but instead offers a one-time purchase DLC.

Over the past weekend, the beta test for Monster Hunter Wilds encountered network problems. However, it’s important to note that these issues were caused by PlayStation Network (PSN), which was offline for almost a day. As a result of this outage, Capcom extended the beta test. From Software is contemplating whether they should also extend their beta test due to these circumstances.
