The show Best Medicine has been renewed thanks to its strong viewership and generally favorable reviews. It’s a remake of the popular British comedy Doc Martin, which ran for many years from 2004 to 2022, and stars Josh Charles as Dr. Martin Best.
Fox has renewed the comedy Best Medicine for a second season, set to premiere during the 2026-2027 TV season, according to Deadline. This season will have 12 episodes, slightly fewer than the 13 episodes of its first season.
