YouTuber and streamer Fousey is getting a lot of attention online for his incredible physique, which he credits with helping him win a bodybuilding contest.
I’ve been watching Yousef ‘Fousey‘ Erakat for ages – he was hilarious on YouTube back in the 2010s! He used to make these really funny videos. Lately, he’s shifted gears a bit. While he did some live streaming, now he’s really dedicated to fitness and helping others get healthy too, which is awesome.
Fousey has always gotten into great shape for his boxing matches, but his recent training is getting a lot of attention and positive feedback from both his dedicated followers and new viewers.
Recently, Fousey has been mainly sharing his health and fitness journey online, offering advice on his diet and exercise habits to help others improve their well-being.
He stopped posting online in early July and didn’t come back until October. At that time, he shared that he’d been training for his first bodybuilding competition.
Fousey wows fans after sweeping bodybuilding championship
On October 18th, Fousey competed in the Northern California National Championship, a bodybuilding competition for natural athletes. These contests require participants to prove they haven’t used illegal substances like steroids or other performance enhancers.
Fousey, who is 5’10” tall, competed in the Tall category. The Natural Physique Federation considers anyone five-ten or taller to be in this category.

Even though he was anxious about performing on stage for the first time, Fousey won first place in the competition.
Fousey shared exciting news in a viral video, surprising fans with his incredible body transformation and career change.
The YouTuber believes this is just the start of his bodybuilding journey, and he plans to keep competing for years to come. He recently started a coaching service and hopes to balance both activities.

He explained in a recent post that the past two years online were chaotic and led him to lose touch with himself. He decided to step away from public life – avoiding cameras and seeking attention – to focus on rediscovering who he truly was. He’s happy with the person he’s become as a result.
Fousey isn’t alone in gaining attention for a major physical transformation. Earlier this year, Twitch streamer Sketch surprised fans by revealing his new physique on a livestream. Around the same time, YouTube star MrBeast shared photos showing his significant weight loss over the past few years.
