For many years, EA Sports was the only place to play FIFA soccer video games, but that agreement ended in 2023. Since then, official FIFA games have been missing, but today Netflix Games and Delphi Interactive announced they’re creating a new, officially branded FIFA soccer game set to come out in 2026.
A new FIFA soccer game is coming to Netflix this summer on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, perfectly timed for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Netflix describes it as a fresh take on the classic FIFA football experience, but hasn’t shared many specifics yet.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced a significant partnership that represents a major step forward for football gaming. The goal is to connect with fans of all ages worldwide and create a new standard for realistic sports simulations. He stated that this redesigned game signals the start of a new chapter for digital football.
Netflix Games is continuing to expand its offerings, recently adding FIFA to its lineup alongside games like WWE 2K and Grand Theft Auto. And the company behind Netflix has also been making big moves – they just agreed to buy Warner Bros. for $82 billion.
Delphi Interactive is a game development studio located in California. It’s led by Casper Alexander Daugaard and Andy Kleinman, a former executive at Zynga. Currently, the studio is collaborating with IO Interactive on the game 007: First Light.
More information on this new FIFA soccer game will “come in 2026.”
