Field Depot Locations In Arc Raiders

In the beginning of Arc Raiders, completing quests is a great way to level up. The game starts with tutorials that teach you how everything works. Once you finish those, you’ll face tougher challenges. One of the more difficult early quests is called ‘Off the Radar,’ and it asks you to find Field Depots within the game.

How to find Field Depots in Arc Raiders

You’ll find Field Depots on every map in Arc Raiders, but it’s best to complete the ‘Off the Radar’ quest on the first map, Dam Battlegrounds. This map is the easiest, with simpler enemies and less experienced players. However, you can complete the quest on other maps if you prefer, as long as you know what to look for.

In Arc Raiders, Field Depots are small, roughly built metal structures with a radio tower sticking up from the roof. They also have a blue tarp on top, though the game’s instructions might lead you to believe that’s the main thing to look for. Actually, the tarp is quite small and can be hard to spot depending on your viewpoint.

Forget about searching for the blue tent. Just find the radio tower on top of the rectangular metal building. You can explore Dam Battlegrounds or other maps to find the Field Depots on your own, but we’ve included a screenshot below showing where they all are – specifically on Dam Battlegrounds.

In the forest on the western side of Dam Battlegrounds, just west of Water Treatment Control (called South Swamp Outpost)

Choosing a safe Field Depot isn’t easy. They’re generally located in areas with good loot, but also attract a lot of enemies – both computer-controlled and other players.

If you’re looking for the simplest Field Depot to finish the Off the Radar quest, the one at South Swamp Outpost is your best bet. It’s located away from busy extraction points and valuable loot areas, meaning you likely won’t encounter many enemies. Just watch out for opponents coming from the Water Treatment Control area, and you should be able to complete the quest without issue.

Dam Battlegrounds has Field Depots scattered all over, so you’re likely to land near one no matter where you parachute in. You can use the image as a reference, but you can also find them easily on your mini-map – they appear as simple 3D rectangles.
