Raw Fury and Christoffer Bodegård have released the fantasy role-playing game, Esoteric Ebb, on PC via Steam.
Esoteric Ebb is available on Steam as both a standard version and a Critical Hit Edition, which includes the game, its soundtrack, wallpapers, character details, and extra content. The demo is currently unavailable. You can find the launch trailer and other updates from Raw Fury below.
Raw Fury and developer Christoffer Bodegård released their fantasy role-playing game, Esoteric Ebb, on PC today. Players can now experience the game’s unique blend of tabletop RPG elements and classic CRPG gameplay, set in a detailed and imaginative fantasy world inspired by Arcanepunk and Disco. The game emphasizes meaningful choices and features extensive, branching conversations.
In Esoteric Ebb, you play as a Cleric, an everyday worker in the city of Norvik. You’ll investigate the explosion of a Tea Shop, battling inner doubts with dice rolls, and exploring a fantasy city during its first election. Your choices will determine if you become a legendary hero… or cause total chaos.

I’m really getting into the combat in Norvik! It’s all about turn-based battles, and what I love is that the Clerics aren’t just rushing in to fight. They only use violence when they absolutely have to. When they do fight, it feels like playing a tabletop RPG – everything comes down to the roll of the dice to see if you succeed or fail. It’s super engaging!
Advance through the story to unlock the Questing Tree, which combines a quest log, skill tree, and mind map into one system. Each Quest Branch you explore will change how you play as the Cleric, granting powerful new abilities.
