Fan scales SoFi Stadium roof for insane view of Kanye West concert

A video is circulating online showing someone climbing onto the roof of SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The fan performed the stunt during Kanye West’s concert on Friday, April 3rd, and shared the unique view with viewers online.

The video, filmed from a first-person perspective by Instagram user thepartyslife, shows a view looking down from high above the stadium. The person filming has a clear look at the brightly lit stage and the large, circular screen below it. A message on the video says, “Managed to get up there without anyone noticing.”

Okay, so I was hanging off the side of the venue – yeah, I know, it was kinda risky – but I had to get the shot! The light show was insane, with smoke everywhere, and I managed to film the whole thing. I even saw The Goat perform, which was unbelievable! Plus, Lauryn Hill showed up, too! Honestly, it was a totally illegal spot to be in, but the view was seriously the best in the whole place. Worth it, maybe?

Escaping the scene

The video begins with footage of the concert taken from above. Then, it shows a fan climbing down the outside of the expensive stadium. The clip finishes with the fan safely on the ground in the parking lot, celebrating a successful climb.

SoFi Stadium hasn’t commented yet, but local police are known for quickly finding people trying to gain attention on social media.

In March 2024, several teenagers became popular on TikTok after videos showed them breaking into the Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. Shortly after, Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts announced that police had found the teens responsible, and made it clear that such actions would not be tolerated.
