I’m so excited! Hero Games and Pan Studio just announced that Duet Night Abyss is coming to Steam on December 23rd! Even better, it’ll launch with a big update called ‘Huaxu: The Wind Awakening.’ For those who don’t know, this RPG started as a free-to-play game and originally came out on mobile and the Epic Games Store back on October 28th.
This update introduces six new playable characters, improved graphics, and the ability to play with friends in co-op mode. You can find a full description in the press release linked below.

Pan Studio announced that the big ‘Huaxu: The Wind Awakening’ update for Duet Night Abyss will be available worldwide on December 23rd. Along with the update, the game is also officially launching on Steam, making it accessible to even more players alongside the existing versions for PC, Epic Games Store, iOS, and Android.
This update introduces six new characters, including the noble swordsman Kezhou. Leading them is Fushu, a healer who uses a folding fan to provide powerful healing and buffs to her team. Players can unlock Fushu and her special “Tidal Repose” outfit by participating in the Immersive Theatre event.
The game now features fully unlocked co-op multiplayer for players worldwide. You can team up with friends to explore the world, battle challenging bosses called Nocturnal Echoes, and complete quests together. A new competitive ranking system, called The Phoxhunter Summit, is also being introduced, offering fresh challenges and rewards for dedicated players.
The latest update brings fresh gameplay, characters, and a completely new look and feel to the game. Players will now explore the Huaxu region, which features a beautiful Eastern-inspired art style – a big change from the game’s previous Western fantasy setting. This includes improved graphics, more detailed textures, and environments that truly pull you in. The trailer, called ‘Huaxu: The Wind Awakening,’ gives a first look at this new style and the story to come.
To mark the new update, players can get a free “Serenity Character Skin Selection – Dark Jade” and earn 10 Prismatic Hourglasses by logging in for seven days. Also, be sure to use the codes revealed during the livestream before December 24th to get special rewards!
