Overwatch 2 is celebrating the holidays with its Winter Wonderland event! During the Christmas season, you can earn lots of free goodies just by playing.
I’m so excited Season 20 of Overwatch 2 is finally here! Not only did we get a brand new DPS hero, Vendetta, but the game is totally decked out for the holidays! There are a ton of Winter Wonderland goodies to unlock, plus they’re giving us a bonus just for logging in, and even more rewards through Twitch Drops. It’s a great time to play!
Here are all of the free Overwatch 2 Christmas rewards you won’t want to miss.
Login rewards
Log in to Overwatch 2 before January 8th and you’ll get the special Winter Wonderland 2025 and 2026 New Year icons!
Twitch Drops
If you watch Overwatch 2 on Twitch before January 8th, you’ll receive a Season 20 Loot Box and a Season 20 Epic Loot Box.

How to link accounts
- Log in to your account via the Battle.net site.
- Select Connections on the left tab.
- Scroll down until you find Twitch, and click the “+Connect” option.
- Sign in to your Steam account.
How to claim rewards
- Head to Twitch and watch any Overwatch 2 stream with the ‘DropsEnabled’ tag.
- Once you’ve watched for at least three hours, head to the Drops & Rewards page.
- Click ‘Claim’ over your reward.
- Launch (or restart) Overwatch 2 to find your reward.
