Is *The Nightmare Before Christmas* a Halloween or Christmas movie? It’s a debate fans have had for years! Luckily, that time of year – and the chance to watch it – is almost here. And on November 4th, a beautiful new art book, *Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas: The Ultimate Visual History*, will be released, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the classic stop-motion film with tons of artwork and interviews. Several other films by Tim Burton are available on Blu-ray, and many have recently been upgraded to 4K Blu-ray. His other popular stop-motion animated film, *Corpse Bride*, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is now available as a Limited Edition Steelbook 4K Blu-ray. It’s priced at $37 and launches on September 23, but it’s been selling quickly and frequently going out of stock since its announcement, so you’ll want to order it soon.
Fans can now enjoy both the original *Beetlejuice* and its new sequel, *Beetlejuice Beetlejuice*, in stunning 4K quality. Tim Burton’s classic *Batman* films – *Batman* (1989) and *Batman Returns* – are also available in 4K. For those who want all four films from that era, the *Batman 4-Film Collection* on 4K Blu-ray includes *Batman Forever* and *Batman & Robin* alongside the first two.
