Bandai Namco has made available a free demo of the game “Digimon Story: Time Stranger” for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Steam on PC.
In this demonstration, you’ll have the opportunity to unlock the Adventure Trial mode in Central Town once it’s completed. Your save data from the demo will carry over to the complete version of the game. You can grab the demo on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or Steam by following these links:

In this preview, you can catch a glimpse of the narrative in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, starting with its first chapter. By completing the demo, you unlock the Central Town – Adventure Trial mode, which grants access to selected zones and dungeons within the Digital World: Iliad.
It’s important to note that data from this trial cannot be carried over to the complete game. There may be discrepancies between the demo content and features compared to the full version. The game data can only be transferred between copies on the same platform, but if you update to the latest version, you can transfer your demo save data to the full game – just be aware that any existing full version save data will be replaced by the demo one.
Upon launching the game for the first time after the latest update, a screen asking for confirmation on transferring the demo data will appear. If you choose “No,” it won’t come up again unless you delete your full version save data and start the game anew. Don’t forget to safeguard your demo data!
