We’re nearing the conclusion of the gripping first season of this binge-worthy TV series, and it’s the latest plot twist that has us hooked. In Episode 12, the emergency room was overwhelmed by victims of a mass shooting from a nearby music festival, leaving doctors in a state of panic.

By the end of Episode 13, there was growing suspicion that the gunman was moving towards them, but unfortunately, the identity of the culprit remains unclear as we approach Episode 14. The case continues to be shrouded in uncertainty.

Based on last week’s cliffhanger and the upcoming episode sneak peek, viewers are speculating that David might be the music festival shooter. A pickup truck filled with armed men pulls up at the hospital, followed by Dr. Robby confronting David in a room where only his head is visible. However, could this entire scene be a misdirection?

In a simpler and more natural way of expressing this, we can say: Fans are speculating about a possible hidden plot in the upcoming episode because David returned to the hospital not just for picking up his mother.

Intriguingly, a Reddit user suggested that a fleeting glimpse of David in the promo could potentially reveal the identity of the shooter. Though it’s quite subtle, they noticed that David seems less restrained in the way he moves his arms in this specific shot, and appears to no longer be in handcuffs, as someone not in handcuffs would be able to move their arms freely like that or extend their left arm fully.

They explained that since there’s a possibility that he could be the gunman, it’s unlikely the police would remove his handcuffs. It seems plausible that this situation unfolds after they’ve already detained the shooter, possibly outside of our view.
