Deus Ex Remastered delayed to unannounced date “in order to better meet fan expectations”

Okay, so this is a bummer – Aspyr just announced that Deus Ex Remastered is delayed. No new release date yet, which is frustrating! We were all geared up for February 5, 2026, on both consoles and PC, but that’s off the table for now. Hopefully, they’ll give us an update soon, because I’m really excited to replay this classic!

Apsyr announced on Twitter that they’re delaying the game to make sure it lives up to fans’ expectations and provides the best experience possible. The initial announcement received a lot of criticism, with many players expressing disappointment about the changes to the game’s art style in the comments on the trailer.

We’ve shared the delay message from Apsyr below.
