Delta Force X Saw May Be The Wildest Crossover Collaboration This Year

Okay, so we’ve seen some crazy collaborations in games lately – like Beavis and Butt-Head showing up in Call of Duty! But honestly, Team Jade might have just topped them all. Their upcoming crossover between Delta Force and *Saw* looks absolutely wild. The teaser showed Jigsaw himself stepping into the Delta Force world, and it looks like he’s bringing his signature life-or-death games with him. I can’t even imagine what that’s going to be like!

The original Jigsaw killer, John Kramer, has been gone from the *Saw* movies for nearly twenty years, and neither he nor anyone who followed him ever dressed in a full-sized Billy the Puppet costume. However, the person wearing the Billy mask in this new clip clearly understands Kramer’s methods and signature phrases. The video only reveals this person to be operator D-Wolf at the very end. This isn’t the first time the *Saw* franchise has appeared in video games – Billy the Puppet has also been featured in *Fortnite* and *Call of Duty*.

Get ready for some spooky content in Delta Force! D-Wolf’s Billy the Puppet skin and items inspired by the Saw movies will arrive on October 23rd, perfect for Halloween. Before that, the new ‘War Ablaze’ season starts on September 23rd, bringing two new game modes – Operation Warden and Operation Raven – plus a new map called Fault. A new playable character, Raptor, will also join the fight.

Delta Force recently hit a record high of 210,000 concurrent players on Steam. Since launching in December 2024, the game has been consistently gaining popularity. Interestingly, it seems to be much more popular with players outside the US, as it’s not frequently seen on lists of the most-played games in the United States.

Fans of the *Saw* films can now preorder a new set of *Saw* movies in 4K Steelbook format on Amazon. Also, this summer, Blumhouse took a major ownership position in the *Saw* franchise, meaning original director James Wan will be creatively involved again for the first time since the 2006 release of *Saw 3*.
