DC’s Nazi Superman Overman Could Debut in Peacemaker Season 2

Peacemaker viewers are speculating that Overman – a villainous take on Superman from DC Comics – will appear in either of the last two episodes of the popular HBO Max show’s second season. Overman comes from Earth-10, a different universe where the Nazis were victorious in World War II.

Peacemaker fans believe Overman will cameo after Earth X twist

A lot of Peacemaker viewers believe we’ll see Overman in Episodes 7 or 8 of Season 2, following what happened in Episode 6. If this is correct, David Corenswet could play the role, especially since he’s already set to star as Superman in the 2025 film. It’s an exciting possibility for fans!

A fan, @Shamgod__, shared their thoughts on X (what was previously known as Twitter), suggesting, “I think we’ll be seeing Overman from Earth 10 in Peacemaker soon #Peacemaker.”

In other news, @BigBro06696271 mentioned it would be the best possible outcome if Corenswet shows up as Overman in the season’s final episode.

In Peacemaker Season 2 Episode 6, John Cena’s character, Chris Smith / Peacemaker, and his team discover a disturbing problem with the alternate Earth he’s grown fond of. Jennifer Holland’s Emilia Harcourt points out the complete absence of people of color in this reality. Danielle Brooks’ Leota Adebayo is pursued by a group of White supremacists. Adding to the shock, Peacemaker and Harcourt notice the Nazi symbol displayed on the American flag.

The world of this series is called Earth X by its creator, James Gunn. In the comic books, Overman resides on Earth-10, a reality that formed after the Infinite Crisis event and is inspired by the Earth-X from the older, Pre-Crisis Multiverse. Also known as Ubermensch, Overman was originally born as Kal-L on Krypton, but was raised as Karl Kant. He allied himself with the Fourth Reich, aiding the Nazis in winning World War II and taking over the world. He first briefly appeared in issue #52 of the first volume of the comic series 52 in 2007, before becoming a central figure in Final Crisis: Superman Beyond.

I’ve been so intrigued ever since James Gunn hinted in a Collider interview that we’d get a major surprise appearance at the end of the season – one that nobody would expect! Ever since then, everyone has been trying to figure out who it could be. It’s really got the fans buzzing, and I’m right there with them, trying to guess! I’ve been scouring the internet for clues, and it’s so exciting to think about!
